RETURN POLICY
You may return any damaged, defective or incorrect item sold and fulfilled by Penny Lane Records within 30 days of delivery for a full item refund. If the return is a result of our error,* we'll also pay the shipping and return shipping costs** of USPS First Class Mail or Media Mail, whichever is less. New, non-defective items are subject to a 35% restocking fee when unsealed. Please obtain and provide us with a confirmation number for tracking purposes.*** Be specific with your description of any defect (track, chapter, etc.). We'll direct a refund once we receive and process your return. For items directed to our Returns Department, expect your refund within 2 days of our receiving the returned item, at which time we'll notify you via e-mail. Returns should be directed to:
